Climate Storytelling: Human, More than Human

Thursday
September 24, 2020
7:00pm - 8:00pm

Who are the faces of climate change? What are their stories? Narratives of climate change often feature its catastrophic impacts: starving polar bears, storms on steroids, apocalyptic fires. Yet many climate impacts are less immediately recognizable. This interactive two-part event, webinar + workshop, considers how we depict climate change and guides participants to identify and share how climate change is shaping our individual stories in more or less subtle ways. It is part of an ongoing public storytelling campaign to promote climate and environmental literacy, especially with communities who might not think climate change affects them personally.

This event is part of our ongoing My Climate Story experiment.
