Join us to celebrate Climate Week at Penn with dinner at Quaker Kitchen! Executive Chef Lucio Palazzo has curated a menu featuring locally sourced seasonal produce, East Coast shellfish, whole grains, and plant-based proteins, that will be served throughout the week. This meal offers an opportunity to explore Penn Dining’s partnerships with local farms and producers and learn about our commitment to addressing climate change through initiatives like plant-forward menuing, tracking food purchases to reduce emissions, and waste-minimizing culinary techniques.
This dinner experience is available for Penn Dining meal plan holders, who are welcome for walk-ins (from 5-6 PM) or can make day-of reservations (from 6-8 PM) through the Penn Eats app (download the app here: upenn.edu/penneats).
Please note that each dinner can accommodate 75 guests for walk-ins between 5-6 pm, and 150 guests with reservations between 6-8 pm.
