Climate work often asks us to carry urgency, grief, uncertainty, and responsibility. While conversations about climate change rightly focus on what we must do, they rarely ask how we can sustain ourselves for the long journey ahead.
This interactive workshop introduces concepts from yogic philosophy as a framework for navigating climate work with greater balance, resilience, and meaning. Rather than treating burnout or climate anxiety as individual failures, the session reframes them as natural responses to living in an era of ecological disruption.
Participants will explore the Four Purusharthas (goals of life) from Yogic philosophy as a lens for reflecting on purpose, action, and wellbeing before concluding with a guided Yoga Nidra (sleep meditation) practice that supports nervous system regulation, rest, and integration. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is required.
