The Healthcare Sustainability Group at the Perelman School of Medicine is hosting a virtual event for the medical school class in honor of Penn Climate Week. The virtual event will have two components: (1) a class-wide polling competition between our four medical school Houses in which participants will describe why climate change is important to them, as future healthcare providers or in general & (2) the release of a new online database of planetary health resources and engagement opportunities for medical students, to be publicized on the medical school's website for current & prospective students.
