What if the solution for climate change were right under our feet?

The truth is that it is. Healthy soils are vital for reversing climate change because they can lower atmospheric carbon levels through carbon sequestration and retain water to prevent wildfires. However, soi is dying out! That's right. The UN projects that within the next 60 years, we will have no more soil on Earth. The Save Soil movement is actively working to reverse this calamity through raising global awareness of soil health. Save Soil is a global movement launched by Sadhguru, an international leader, to save soil from extinction by bringing the necessary awareness of soil health and advocating for policies to address this catastrophic issue facing humanity. A significant step in this direction is creating policies that ensure agricultural lands have 3-6% organic content from plant matter and animal waste. To affect this change we need to advocate for policies across 193 nations towards soil restoration and inspire about 4 billion (Over 60% of the world’s electorate of 5.26 billion) to support policy redirections to safeguard, nurture and sustain soils.

Come join this interactive discussion to learn more about why we need soil and what we can do to save it.
