Sustainable For Who? critiques Penn’s attempts to portray itself as a sustainable and environmentally conscious institution. We will discuss Penn’s unsustainable and exploitative relationship with the West Philadelphia school system, and frame this in the broader context of Penn’s failure to center justice and equality in its environmental efforts.
